Licensing  Fusion Training

Our licensed materials were first piloted at PREMIER Inc. in 2005. Our consultants also helped with their application for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award they won the award in 2006. We are a consulting firm that was fed up with the poorly organized quality materials that were out there, so we used DFSS to design our material with one goal - ensure the successful implementation of Lean Six Sigma – unlike some of our competitors who only sell books we teach/consult and improve these materials and know we have a top quality product that you will enjoy working with..

 Our Lean Six Sigma training includes Champion, Green Belt, and Black Belt which can be taught together (Fusion) or separately. 

When you license the materials we provide:

Electronic  copies of all materials - One set of Training Manuals (hard copy). Materials are in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Minitab. Minitab is used in the  third week of Black Belt Training. A Minitab Demo disk is provided for participants along with all necessary support files and templates.

Through a special agreement PROMAX will  completely set you up with the finest printer and delivery company in the world. With this set-up you will be able to modify the individual manuals as you wish and have them delivered within 1 to 3 days. Your updates are uploaded by utilizing your print button. You pay the same price per manual to print one manual or fifty. You pay the wholesale price for manuals - we make nothing on them.

The price to license the materials for your use in training is $4,595 US Dollars. This is all inclusive and includes consulting by phone for 30 days after receipt of payment.

The license also includes the right to use our Trademarked Fusion Logo. It does not give you the right to license materials to others . We are the only party that can license the materials. However, we pay you a 20% commission if we license materials to your clients or to a subsidiary company.
