Douglas is a Senior Consultant with PROMAX Consulting Services, Inc.
He
has extensive experience in Process Design and Reengineering, Six Sigma
Implementation, Leadership development, Organizational Development, Training
Systems, Team Problem-Solving, Statistical Process Control and Organizational
Culture Change.
Doug has been a Project Manager for Six Sigma implementation (including
training) at GE Capital Commercial Finance, GE Investments, and GE Capital
Railcar Services. He led the effort to redesign core processes for GE Capital
Commercial Finance, established Six-Sigma measurement and management system
leading to multi-million dollar savings. He established teams and led Master
Black Belts in the redesign of sub-processes. He conducted all the Six Sigma
Black Belt and Master Black Belt training for several GE Capital Companies.
Doug has conducted Malcolm Baldrige assessments for GE Capital Commercial
Finance and the U.S.Army Corps of Engineers, Little Rock District.
Doug was a vital team member in the implementation of CustomerPerfect!
and Process Management for the United States Postal Service in Washington, D.C.,
Nashville, TN, and New York, NY.
He was a Project Manager responsible for leading the reengineering of the
nuclear fuel route process at Magnox Electric, plc in the United Kingdom. His
efforts were recognized internationally by other nuclear industries worldwide.
Doug completed high-profile, long-term consulting and training programs for
over 20 clients including AT&T, U.S. West Communications, MCI
Communications, Sandoz Pharmaceutical, Nuclear Electric plc (UK) and the City of
Brisbane (Australia), U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Centers for Disease Control
and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
