Jim Simpson, Executive Vice President of PROMAX, was previously responsible for the
public sector operations of a large consulting organization. In addition, he has led effective managerial and employee training
programs at U.S. companies in the utilities, telecommunications, manufacturing,
banking, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, shipping industries, and Federal and State
agencies; such as Department of Juvenile Justice, Department of Health,
Department of Education, and Department of Children and Families.

Some
of his achievements include the successful design and implementation of
executive management systems for multi-million to over $1 billion companies
including Foxboro Co., US West, Sprint, MCI, Ameritech, Sandoz, US Postal
Service, Nuclear Electric (UK), Central Maine Electric, and others. He also
designed and implemented Core Process Management Systems linked to a balanced
scorecard system of indicators, which were then deployed and replicated
throughout each organization.

Jim
is recognized as a subject matter expert in the areas of employee competency
processes linking the employees’ development plans to the organization
business priorities, as well as employee recognition processes, replication
systems and employee suggestion programs.

A
resident of the State of Florida, he is also an entrepreneur who founded and
operates a retail power systems business in Holly Hill, FL with twelve years
experience.

Jim
is a certified Sterling Examiner. He holds a Bachelor of Science - Management
from the University of Central Florida.
